A gluten free English bitter hopped with green Fuggles hops from the brewery garden. The hops have about 2 meters to travel from where they grow over the brew shed into the brew kettle. Over 500g of hops used for a 21 litre batch. This year not dry hopped but there was a small addition of Crystal Rye. We hope this gives a true reflection of the Fuggle character in a classic english Best Bitter style, with a little hint of pepper.
