Single green hop casade brewed entirely with hops from the brewery garden. The hops have travelled 15 metre from the front garden where they grow into the brew kettle. Over 600g of hops used for a 21 litre batch, but not dry hopped this year . The century name celebrates last years 100 mile Ride London bike ride and this year’s Velo Birmingham. With Maris Otter pale and a touch of Munich malt and this year for the first time a touch of pale rye. The pale ale style allows the cascade character to show through.
