Single green hop casade brewed entirely with hops from the brewery garden. The hops have travelled 15 metre from the front garden where they grow into the brew kettle. Over 600g of hops used for a 21 litre batch, then dry hopped in secondary . The century name celebrates the 100 mile Ride London bike ride by Houblon and Cats Eye brewer Adam in the summer. With only Maris Otter pale and a touch of Munich malt the pale ale style allows the cascade character to show through.
